Install PHP MapScript-How to?

The php_mapscript.dll file should be placed in PHP's 'extension_dir'
directory with all the other php*.dll.  This directory is set in the
php3.ini file when you install PHP.

That's all you need to do to add the DLL to your PHP installation once
PHP is installed.
