SourceForge

I would agree that SourceForge would be good to go with.
I was going to suggest this earlier but didn't get around
to it. When I told some of my friends who are also into
open source software about MapServer, they asked why it
isn't on SourceForge. The advantage of going with them is that
it would attract more developers to work on it which can
only help us.
