[mapserver-users] maximum number of classes

Hey, they seemed like reasonable limits at the time. The current limit on layers is 100, and for
classes it's 50. You can certainly change them, but not at runtime. You'll have to edit map.h
and change the values for MS_MAXLAYERS and MS_MAXCLASSES to suit your needs
and re-compile.
