It is easier to control the values of the parameters if you use a
scripting environment... either PHP, Perl, or any other web scripting
language that emits HTML will do.

The ROSA applet was not designed to work together with the mapserv CGI
program, but I know of at least one user (Tim Mackey from AGSO) who made
a small change to the mapserv CGI and got it to work with ROSA.  See the
