[mapserver-users] symbol rotation

It can't be done (at the moment). TrueType symbols are new and while they work they
are not as full-featured as I'd like. The only option is use labels to do this type of annotation
which is fine unless you actually need text in addition to the symbol.

Hello,
I am not getting TrueType symbols to rotate.
Is it actually possible to rotate symbols like one can do with labels using
the LABELANGLEITEM command?
If so, how can I do it and is there a way to set the rotation center to a
different spot than the center of the symbol (e.g. I wonna rotate a triangle
around its buttom left corner).
