Debasish -

You can't - it's not enough information.  You don't know the size of the
TIF image in pixels.  There are many image libraries and tools you can
use to get that information, and you can then multiply the width and
height of the image in pixels by the numbers in the first and fourth
lines of the TFW file, respectively, and you'll get the extents of the
TIF image in the coordinate system used in the world file.
