You don't have any class NAMEs defined so there is nothing for the legend builder to do. In order to show up a class must have a NAME parameter defined.

I'm a new fellow of mapserver
my application seems to work unless I don't understand why when I click
on the map its automaticaly redrawn also
can you give me a clue why my legend doesn't appear ?
and about zooming do I have imperatively to use javascript I'm less than

a beginner in these javascripts ?
