[mapserver-users] IRC Chat on #mapserver

The #mapserver Internet Relay Chat (IRC) channel has been created 
on dal.net for those interested in engaging in realtime discussion
of "MapServer" related topics.  Hopefully there is enough interest
to keep this thing going.
