offtopic: win32 default "open with"

Hi All,

At one time I had a registry hack which would allow you to change the
dreaded "Open With..." item on unregistered file associations to "Open with
{favourite text editr}".

I've lost it. Anybody know what I'm talking about and what the hack is?
