Joel,

  Here's the response from our Remote Sensing Services dept:

"1.  Image files are tiled 16 bit geotiff.  Some applications, including
ERMapper's
latest effort seem to work.  Once we get it into a bil format we can do
whatever needs doing.
2.  Real time?  In our experience fast delivery is measured in weeks,
regular delivery in months.  It appears that commercial users requests are
not on the priority list."
