-Is it possible to use Mapserver as an add-on to build a GIS, 
with Delphi or
Visual C++ ?

-Do you known if someone as any information to use shapeLib.dll 
with Delphi
?
I've build a shapelib.pas file (to replace shapelib.h), but I've 
dificulties
to use it.
