Error with demo_footer.html

As far as I know some features in the newest demo are not provided
by MapServer version 3.3.010. Namely the query map.

Under what OS are you running MapServer? For Linux I can suggest you
the FreeGIS projects package of map server located under:

ftp://ftp.linux-magazin.de/pub/GIS/mapserver-3.3.011-1.i586.rpm

Altough a bit outdated it is a good starting point, running out of the
box.
