mapserv bug

V3.4 goes into an infinite resource aquiring loop when it encounters
NaN in dbf or shp files. Needless to say that this is a serious issue
for the web server. 

NaN is probably illegal in the shapefile format, but it may be worth
at least having a compile option to trap this in mapserv for debugging
purposes. 

If you can't reproduce this I can provide more details.
