Hello all,

I have a question about shapefiles if anyone is up to the task. When a
shapefile is set up for geocoding ArcView creates a couple of files with a
.ixs and .mxs extensions. I understand that both are geocoding indexes for
read-write shapefiles. What I'm looking for are any file specifications on
the .ixs type. Are there any published specs or does someone understand
how it is structured. Thanks in advance and I will sum later.
