[mapserver-users] Multiple OFFSITE values

[Hankley, Chip]

I have some DRG's with collar's intact. The color values in the collar
region have essentially had a value of  20 added to them (so white inside
the color is 1, and 21 in the collar).

I want everything >= 13 to be OFFSITE.

Is there any way to do this?
