Hi Patricio,

Think that your width/height ratio is different then the one in your
map-file, so it will be 'adjusted' to that ratio.

where:

$extent2_to_set[1]=6295000
$extent2_to_set[2]=349772
$extent2_to_set[3]=6300000
but
$map->extent->minx=342733   
$map->extent->miny=6293979.345
$map->extent->maxx=349772
$map->extent->maxy=6301020.655
