[mapserver-users] creating/using raster layers

I have made an attempt to create a raster layer for our traffic
information site.  I created the appropriate .tif files, created
associated .wld files.  I then ran shptree on the resulting combination.
I recieved no indication that the conversion failed, but when I run
shptreetst on the created files it fails.

Any help would be appreciated.

The specifics:
