www2.dmsolutions.ca has been down since Friday afternoon due to some
problems with our Internet connection, and it's not back yet... at this
point the telco and the ISP are fighting on who's responsible for the
problem, and we're stuck in the middle of this.

I have setup a mirror of the HTML pages that used to be on www2 at
  http://www4.dmsolutions.ca/mapserver/index.html

even more) can also be found in the following HOWTOs on the MapServer
