[Mapserver-users] SDE Documentation

No, a how-to doesn't exist. Use of the SDE stuff has been inconsistent,
perhaps because of lack of docs although there's not much to it. All you
should need is a connection string and that's about it.

I'll happily help someone write a how-to but cannot be the lead...
