[mapserver-users] Perl/Mapscript compile hangs (was wrong subject in earlier email. .. sorry)

Steve, others,

yesterday I tried to compile Perl/Mapscript on my MacOS X iBook using gcc...
I was not successful. After producing the message shown below, the compiler
just hung... for what seemed forever. I would have to kill it. Any guidance
would be much appreciated.
