No, but I'm going to.

As far as I know its the same basic idea as ArcIMS etc. I'm going to start
by looking at home other sites do it, look at
http://plasma.nationalgeographic.com (ArcIMS) and also at
http://getamap.ordnancesurvey.co.uk.

If you want to know how I get on I'll let you know, however, first I need to
get Mapserver working.
