[mapserver-users] documents: mapfile.html / templates.html ?

hi all,

I can't find these two files, that are part of the documentation and the 
tutorial:

http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/mapfile.html
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/templates.html

I searched with Google; seems like these files are no where else.

Can somebody provide me with these documents? (via mail or http)
