[mapserver-users] Problem: Transparent polygon with outline

Hi list,

I am trying to render the following layer definition:

LAYER NAME l2
  DATA "/data/muc/shapes_ms/bezirk_96"

  CLASSITEM "Area"

  CLASS NAME "transparent"
    SYMBOL 0
    SIZE 5   
    COLOR -1 -1 -1
    OVERLAYSYMBOL line0
    OVERLAYOUTLINECOLOR 0 0 0
    OVERLAYSIZE 3.00000000000000
  END # class
  TYPE polygon
END # layer l2

It is a polygon shape, which should be rendered outline only. I know I
could change the type, but assuming a multi-class layer with
transparent and non transparent classes, this wouldn't help.
Crazy thing is, the legend image shows the outline (with 3.6), so I am
really puzzled

Anyone knowing an explanation or workaround - or should I file it as 
a bug?
