[mapserver-users] Regarding regular expressions used by MapServer

Hi:

I'm wondering about the regular expression syntax used by the MapServer.
Is it same as the regular expression syntax on UNIX or for Perl or TCL ...?
Or does it have its own syntax, if so would it be possible to have some documentation on the syntax used?
