[mapserver-users] Projection Woes - How to do it (i.e. i really need some help)

Chip (and others),

 A good  place to look for Proj.4 syntax on specific projections and
required paramenters is http://www.remotesensing.org/geotiff/proj_list/.
But no info on State Plane and a few other projections supported by
Proj.4...
