[mapserver-users] CGI Mapserver - List of Variables?

Is there, somewhere, a list of the possible variables (and an explanation
thereof) to use in a mapfile and query string when working with the "out of
the box" (i.e. CGI) MapServer? Something like:

[host] - the URL of the host machine
[img] - relative path to main image generated by MapServer CGI
[scalebar] - relative path to scalebar image generated by MapServer CGI

I was re-visiting a note about integrating ASP w/ CGI MapServer (from Ed
McNierny) and am looking at doing some of these things, but can't find a
reference in any of the documents to the names and descriptions of the
variables.
