I added KEYIMAGE info to the MigrationGuide Wiki page a few days ago, 
along with COLOR_MATCH_THRESHOLD and the new .qix index information.  If 
anyone knows of anything else that should be added to that page prior to 
the official 4.0 release, let me know and I'll add it.
