[Mapserver-users] Rendering classes - what order does mapserver use?

I think, the shapes are drawn in the order of records in shapefile/other
source. During process, the corresponding class is set for each record. If
you want to change the order of shapes in shapefile, you may pre-sort
shapefile by sortshp which is part of mapserver distribution.
