Hi

I am a new user trying to set up MapServer on my Windows 2000 machine.
I have installed IIS and gone through the procedures of setup as set out in
the readme.gif.wms.html file.

However if I run the mapserv.exe file I dont get the 1 line of text in my
browser to show me that it is working.
Instead it I get a "File Download" box prompting me to download the file
from the hosting computer.
If I say "Open", it shells to DOS for about 1 second and then that is the
end of it.
Can anyone tell me why this would be happening.
