[Mapserver-users] PNG Annotation Symbol Color Issue

Hello,
I created an interstate route shield PNG image.  I have found that the =
color of the image changes sometimes.
The issue seems to be related to the percentage of the image covered by =
another color ( green in this example ).
Has anyone ever seen this before?
Does anyone know what could cause this?
I have provided a couple links to help illustrate the issue.

It is an issue in 3.6.x and 4.0.
