Steffen,

I don't know why you are getting the above error.  GDAL's configure should only
add the jpeg2000 directory to the driver build list if you have the JasPer
library on your system.  You might want to try adding "--without-jasper" to
your configure options unless you really want JPEG2000 support.

I would add, it appears you cut off the actual error message from building
jpeg2000dataset.cpp.
