[Mapserver-users] ArcExplorer 4.0.1 as a MapServer WMS client

When I was doing my editing, I added the XML header and was slowly morphing
the file to look like one of mine that works, but that wasn't the cause of
the failure.  I just tried removing the header and it still works ok.

Sure am looking forward to CITE certified clients and servers....
