[Mapserver-users] Which parts of a mapfile are mandatory?

Hello list,

many parameters in mapfiles are optional.  Is there a way to find out 
which parameters are mandatory for mapserver to correctly parse a 
mapfile?  The mapfile reference only sometimes mentions if a parameter 
is optional or required.
