I have to say (even though I've been using mapserver and somewhat a part of
the community for quite awhile now) that I completely share Hugo's
enthusiasm for both the mapserver product and the support of the community.

Subject: [Mapserver-users] i found it!!!! i found it!!!!!!

ok, now all works fine, so let me put in the table:

im pretty sure that the problem with the php_mapscript_41 dll its the path
thing, whatever, im using now the 35 version.

the blank screen its easy to solve, i found that the problem is that i am
using gmap map file for example, and with that i need to think that im using
the extent limits of one country and trying to open the extent limits of one
city (very very small for a country), so, now, i can see my map in the
screen, but with zoom (because when i open it, its almost a point).

now, i only need to see this (i think my last question):

with ogrinfo i found this information:
INFO: Open of `distrito.tab'
using driver `MapInfo File' successful.

Layer name: distrito
Geometry: Polygon
Feature Count: 9
Extent: (598047.223047, 781652.733880) - (619791.428883, 812944.406142)
Layer SRS WKT:
PROJCS["unnamed",
    GEOGCS["unnamed",
        DATUM["South_American_Datum_1969",
            SPHEROID["South American",6378160,298.25],
            TOWGS84[-57,1,-41,0,0,0,0]],
        PRIMEM["Greenwich",0],
        UNIT["degree",0.0174532925199433]],
    PROJECTION["Transverse_Mercator"],
    PARAMETER["latitude_of_origin",0],
    PARAMETER["central_meridian",-45],
    PARAMETER["scale_factor",0.9996],
    PARAMETER["false_easting",500000],
    PARAMETER["false_northing",10000000],
    UNIT["Meter",1.0]]

with that, i know my type (polygon), my connection (ogr), my unit (meters),
but, i dont know what i need to put in "EXTENT", can anyone help me?

and REALLY REALLY THANKS for all the help you guys are giving to me, and
SPECIAL BIG thanks for daniel for this really good work!!!!!!

cheers
