[Mapserver-users] Compile W2k and Oracle Spatial

I try to compile MapServer under W2K with Cygwin and Oracle 8.1.7. It seems 
that it doesn't find the Oracle library.

Before compiling do I need to do something on my Oracle libraries (ldconfig) 
? Any clue ?
