[Mapserver-users] Problems with download links

Is there a problem with the MapServer CVS?  Since yesterday I've been
trying to download mapserver-4.0-beta2.tar.gz.  Every time I click on
the download link I receive an error telling me that the connection was
refused when attempting to contact cvs.gis.umn.edu.  Is there any other
way to download the tar file?
