[Mapserver-users] any virtual host support mapserver?

Hi!
I try to build a mapserver to issue some maps. I
contacted many companies in China who provide virtual
host service. But they say the virtual host can only
support the cgi scripts like perl not the executable
file like "exe". And i can not afford a lot of money
to own a independent server.
Is there some virtual host support executable file as
cgi in the world? Any other suggestion?
