[Mapserver-users] mapscript module crashes if ms_newshapefileobj is used

I manged to reproduce the crash only when the filename given is not
found. I have entered this as a Mapserver bug 344.
Until this get fixed, make sure that the file given in argument exists,
since It seems to work properly in that case.
