[Mapserver-users] update

Hello All,

The mapserver.gis.umn.edu is back into business after brief shutdown
due to power outage at the U. Starting today we have a new server
exclusively running CVS services - cvs.gis.umn.edu. You have to
update your CVSROOT environment variable (substitute cvs inplace of
mapserver). Let me know if there are any problems or broken links.
