[Mapserver-users] PyIMS - simple ArcIMS 4 emulation using Python MapScript

Thanks to a suggestion from Chris Nicholas I have been able to serve
MapServer maps to ArcExplorer Java Edition 4 as well as Arc 8.  The
script is based on Refraction's Perl script and does the bare minimum
to be used with the ESRI clients.
