Geo::Sketch provides Perl & SOAP APIs for generating an array of PNG images
accompanied by supporting JavaScript and HTML to facilitate simplistic
geographic animation on the web.  The first release is available for
testing.  Web service exposure of the API is presented via SOAP::Lite and
a prototypical WSDL document to support the development of clients in other
