[Mapserver-users] Question: How to NOT label a road

Create a CLASS with a classitem on the the label field and and and
expression matching STR_NAME_NOT_FOUND and don't include a LABEL tag
then create a CLASS with not EXPRESSION field after that one as a
catchall to do the labeling.
