this is a sample code, where the goal is to create shapefile from an X/Y
postgresql points database. The language is PHP, where phpmapscript
extensions provide a way to create .shp, .shx and wher php-dbase module
provide a way to create a dbase file with all attributes you need
(label, labelsize, symbol, symbolsize, etc ....)
