[Mapserver-users] draw pie charts

You cannot do this with mapserver alone.  But since mapserver produces
PNG's or GIF's you should be able to use the map as a base image and add
whatever you want using an image library, e.g. GD which is what
mapserver uses. See: http://stein.cshl.org/WWW/software/GD/ for a perl
version.
