The GetFeatureInfo WMS response from MapServer is definitely computer
parse-able if you set DUMP TRUE, make your GetFeatureInfo request with
INFO_FORMAT=application/vnd.ogc.gml and refrain from using spaces or
colons in your layer names, which would create an XML GetFeatureInfo
response that was not well formed.
