[Mapserver-users] install as not root

Hi,
I am trying to install mapserver on a shared webserver. I have a problem 
with the supported libraries.

I get the error: mapserv: error while loading shared libraries: 
libproj.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
[Thu Oct 16 01:08:58 2003] [error] [client 193.227.168.2] Premature end of 
script headers: /home/dor-hms2/public_html/cgi-bin/mapserver-3.6.6/mapserv

Can someone help?
