Hello MapServer Users,

I have made Jan Hartmann's MapClient utility available on the Mapserver
website. It can be accessed from the Download page
(http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/dload.html). Then click the MapServer
utilities link at the bottom of the page
(http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/contributed.html)
