[Mapserver-users] How to make a transparent

I'm trying to use the attached file as 'transparent' image symbol for =
the marker property of a reference object( just to use it when the box =
of the reference map becomes to small). but when this image is put above =
the reference image the green color( 0 255 0 ) appears and this is not =
what a want.

what could be wrong?
