Do others' messages bounce too?

Whenever I try sending messages to the new list from Outlook, it bounces. It says:

--- The message cannot be delivered to the following address. ---
MAPSERVER-USERS at LISTS.UMN.EDU    Remote host not found.

Do others have that? The SMTP server works fine... Is our exchange server having issues? Does anyone know of anything that could cause an incompatibility with exchange?
