out of office notices

While we encourage folks to reply to the list, it's annoying, as well,
to find something that REALLY should have been sent directly to the
originator went to the world.

Could we PLEASE set reply to go to originator?  It's a much better
arrangement.

It doesn't take any more effort to do a 'reply-all' when we're answering
e-mail and prevents 'oopses'.
